Microelectronic
Industrial Park (MIP) of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development
Area (TEDA)was established in May 1996 under the approval of Tianjin
Municipal Government.
The park is designated to facilitate the development of electronic
industry, information technologies and their supporting industries.
MIP will be developed as China’s “Silicon Valley” with pleasant
environment, perfect infrastructures to keep pace with international
economic development. In 2002, the output value of MIP was more than
11 billion RMB and it is predicted to reach 17 billion RMB by the
end of 2003. |
