Road:
The completed road areas have reached 95,000 m2. The main road is
60 meters and the radius of all the road turning points are above
20 meters, which can let 40 feet container pass freely.
Water Supply：
MIP is supplied by water-supply network for Tianjin residents channel
through DN 800mm pipes. There is a pressurized station to guarantee
the water supply for enterprises situated in our park at the peak
time. According to the test report of Water Test Center of Tianjin
Water Supply Group Co., Ltd., the water in our park is qualified and
up to the national drinking water standard.
Water Pressurized Station
Our daily water supply volume can reach 33 thousand tons, which are
quite enough for the actual daily demand of 2000tons.
Drainage：
MIP is provided with scientific and developed drainage system with
the mode of draining rain and sewage respectively. There are 17 thousand
meters drainpipe and a rain-draining pump station. The drainage volume
of this station is 6M3 per second of rain and 0.6M3 per second of
sewage.
Power Supply Network:
In these 5 years, MIP has establish a public power supply network
of 6000 meters and a 110kv substation. It has the capability of 63thousand
kva recently and will reach 150thousand in the near future, which
can give abundant and safe power supply.
Heating Supply
MIP applies integrated heating supply. We has established the pipelines
of 5000 meters in length and two heating supply center with the capability
of 33.4 tons per hours, which can fully satisfied the companies in
MIP in winter.
